Prosieve ProTrack Dual Color Loading Buffer

ProSieve ProTrack Dual Color Protein Loading Buffer는 샘플 준비 과정시 열에 의한 protein 분해를 보호하고 SDS_PAGE 전기영동 동안
pH변화에 대응할 수 있도록 한다.

이 Loading buffer는 2가지 dye로 구성되어 있어 blue dye는 전기영동 과정을 모니터할 수 있고 pink dye는 western blot시 protein이 membrane으로 transfer되었는지를 모니터 하는데 이용할 수 있다.

Lanes 1 and 3 are 2 proteins protected by ProSieve ProTrack Dual Color Loading Buffer, while lanes
2 and 4 are proteins prepared and run in a standard loading buffer. Notice the severe degradation of proteins in these lanes.

ProSieve ProTrack blue dye allow you to follow the front of the protein separation in a PAGE gel, while the pink dye confirms full transfer of the proteins onto the blot.
