본 GenEx qPCR data analysis software는 MultiD Analyses와 함께 Exiqon의 microRNA qPCR platform에 특화되어 결과를 분석할 수 있도록 개발한 소프트웨어이다. qPCR data를 쉽고 빠르게 import하기 위해 new Exiqon qPCR plate import wizard를 사용하였다.

Exiqon이 MultiD와 함께 개발한 본 소프트웨어는 miRCURY LNA™ Universal RT microRNA PCR product에 최적화 되어 있다. Exiqon GenEx는 고객이 사용하기 편리한 workflow를 통해 보다 향상된 qPCR data analysis가 가능하도록 하였다. 본 소프트웨어는 상대/절대 정량 모두에 적용 가능하다.
