ProteoGuard EDTA-Free Protease Inhibitor Cocktail은 lysis buffer에 곧바로 첨가할 수 있는 100 x stock의 protease inhibitor로
endogenous proteases로부터 protein 분해를 방지한다. Lysis buffer 1ml 당 100X protease inhibitor cocktail 10 ul를 첨가하여 사용한다.
EDTA-free 제품으로 추가적인 gel filteration 과정없이 IMAC resin에 곧바로 lysate를 적용할 수 있다.

protein이 파괴되는 것을 방지하도록 최적화된 protease inhibitors로 구성되어 있다.
