E.coli 증식시 오염된 plasmid의 endotoxin을 제거하는 kit로, 2개의 시약으로 구성되어 간편하게 제거 가능하다. in vitro, in vivo 유전자도입을 실시할 때, plasmid에 혼입된 endotoxin이 도입 효율에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져있으며, 본 제품은 plasmid의 endotoxin을 제거하여 안전하고 효율적으로 유전자 도입이 가능하도록 하였다

Figure 1. The MiraCLEAN® Kit Effectively Removes Endotoxin from Crude Plasmid DNA Preparations. Plasmid DNA was spiked with E. coli endotoxin at 50,000 endotoxin units per ㎎ of DNA (EU/㎎). The DNA was treated with the MiraCLEAN® Kit using three rounds of extraction. Endotoxin levels were decreased by over 2,000 fold.
