SMART-Seq® v4 Ultra® Low Input RNA Kit for the Fluidigm® C1™ System
Clontech에서는 SMART-Seq®2 기술의 독점 라이선스를 기반으로 single cell 분석을 위한 제품 개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 본 제품은 SMART-Seq®2 기술을 활용하여, single cell 분석 장치인 Fluidigm® C1TM System 전용으로 개발된 제품입니다. Single cell 분리에서 cDNA library 증폭까지 자동화가 가능합니다.
- High-quality single-cell RNA-seq data—whole transcriptome full-length mRNA-seq information, better representation of GC-rich genes, and good reproducibility with reduced technical variation.
- Library construction in 2 days—hands-on aspects of the cDNA synthesis protocol can be completed in approximately two hours, followed by running the eight-hour SMART-Seq v4 script on the C1 instrument. The entire library construction protocol can be completed within two working days.
- New script available online—the script for using the SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low RNA Kit for the Fluidigm C1 System is available in the Fluidigm Script Hub. The user manual for this product is available on the Documents tab of this web page.
