제품특징

MMLV Reverse Transcriptase, GPR은 분자진단 (Molecular diagnostic development and testing)과 같은 일반적인 실험용도에 적절한 일반용 (GPR; General Purpose Reagent) 등록 시약이다. 본 제품은 초고순도 (ultra-pure)의 재조합 Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus reverse transcriptase (MMLV RTase)로, 다양한 실험법에 적용 가능하다.
MMLV Reverse Transcriptase, GPR 은 고도로 정제된 fully active RTase로써 exogenous RNases나 그 외의 nuclease가 혼입되어있지 않으므로, template RNA의 분해를 방지할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 본 제품을 이용할 경우 기존의 RTase보다 더욱 고순도의 full-length cDNA를 합성 가능하다.
