1) Cell isolation

¿¬±¸ÀÚ°¡ ÁغñÇÑ Cell suspensionÀ» ½Ã½ºÅÛ¿¡ ÀåÂøÇÏ°í ICELL8 chip¿¡ ºÐÁÖÇÏ´Â °úÁ¤. ºÐÁÖ ½Ã, Dispenser°¡ 8°³ ä³ÎÀÇ nozzleÀÌ Àֱ⠶§¹®¿¡, ÃÖ´ë 8°³ »ùÇÃÀ» µ¿½Ã¿¡ ó¸®ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, »ç¿ëÀÚÀÇ »ùÇà »Ó¸¸ ¾Æ´Ï¶ó, NGS ¿¬±¸¿Í ºÐ¼®½Ã ¹Ýµå½Ã ÇÊ¿äÇÑ Positive Control, Negative ControlÀ» »ç¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾î, ¿¬±¸°á°úÀÇ ½Å·Úµµ¸¦ Çâ»ó ½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù. ºÒ°ú 15ºÐ ¾È¿¡ 5,184°³ well ¼¼Æ÷¸¦ ºÐÁÖÇÏ´Â ÀÛ¾÷°ú positive/negative controlÀÇ ºÐÁÖ°¡ ¿Ï·áµË´Ï´Ù.

3) Cell Select
