TB Green® Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNaseH Plus)은, TB Green®을 이용한 intercalating 법 Real Time PCR 전용 시약이다. 2× 농도의 premix type의 시약으로 실시간 모니터링에 적합한 농도의 TB Green®를 미리 포함하고 있어 반응 액의 조제가 간단하다.
또한, 내열성 RNaseH인 Tli RNaseH 가 2× Premix 시약 중에 첨가되어 있어 cDNA를 주형으로 한 경우 잔존 mRN에 의한 PCR 반응 저해를 극한으로 억제 할 수 있다.



본 제품은 buffer 조성을 변형하여 TB Green® Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNaseH Plus) (제품 코드 RR420A)에 비해 반응 특이성을 높여 정량을 방해하는 비특이적 증폭을 억제하여, 폭넓은 범위에서 보다 정확한 정량이 가능하다. 이 buffer와 anti-Taq항체를 이용한 Hot Start PCR 용 효소 TAKARA Ex Taq HS와 조합하여, 재현성 및 신뢰도 높은 real time PCR 해석이 가능하다.

본제품의 적응 기종 주) Smart Cycler System / Smart Cycler II System (Cepheid)는TB Green® Premix Ex Taq (Tli RNaseH Plus) (제품 코드 RR420A)의 사용을 권장합니다.

    7500 Real - Time PCR System 및 7500 Fast Real - Time PCR System에는 ROX Reference Dye II가 적합하다.
    Agilent Mx3000P의 경우에는 ROX Reference Dye II가 적합하다.
    CronoSTAR™ 96 Real-Time PCR System (4ch), TaKaRa Thermal Cycler Dice Real Time System 과 Smart Cycler System, LightCycler에서는 필요하지 않다.

    사용시에는 1/50로 사용, 7500 Real - Time PCR System 및 7500 Fast Real - Time PCR System 사용시에는 1/250로 사용한다.

    ROX Reference Dye가 별도로 첨부되어 있는 TB Green® Premix Ex Taq II (Tli RNaseH Plus), Bulk (Code RR820L)의 사용을 추천한다.
