ICELL8® cx cell isolation list
Single Cell NGS 연구에서 중요한 점은 분석하고자 하는 Cell이 1개의 단일세포(Single Cell)로 분리되어야 해당하는 단일세포의 유전체적 특징을 분석할 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 각각의 세포는 세포가 수행하는 기능만큼이나 다양한 크기로 존재한다고 알려져 있습니다. 그러나 현재의 기술로는 그 모든 크기의 세포를 분리하는 작업이 쉽지는 않습니다. 또한 population내에서 일정 크기내의 세포만을 분리, 분석한다면 집단내 특성을 모두 분석하기가 어렵습니다. 이러한 한계를 극복하자고 ICELL8 cx 시스템은 다양한 크기의 Cell을 단일세포로 분리하기 위하여, 8개의 “wide bore nozzle”가 장착된 Dispenser를 사용합니다. 그래서 타 제품에서 분리하기 어려운 크기(5~100㎛)의 세포를 비롯하여 frozen tissue의 핵(Nuclei)과 spheroid까지 완벽하게 단일세포로 분리하여 NGS 분석이 가능하게 만들어 줍니다.
