Application 5) 이차 항체 사용량에 따른 감도 비교 - 초고감도 검출 실현

Western BLoT Ultra Sensitive HRP Substrate와 타사의 동급 HRP substrate를 사용하여, HRP 표지 이차 항체 (2.4 ~ 313 pg)를 이용한 slot blot의 형광 신호를 확인하였다.

[실험]
- Secondary antibody: Goat anti-Mouse lgG (H+L) (Thermo Fisher Scientific)
- Membrane: Nitrocellulose membrane (TransBlot Transfer Medium, Bio-Rad)

[결과]

(노출시간 20초, CCD camera로 검출)

Western BLoT Ultra Sensitive HRP Substrate (Code T7104A)는 타사 초고감도 HRP substrate 시약과 마찬가지로 고감도로 선명하게 검출할 수 있었다.
