제품설명

Magnetic Seperator-PCR Strip은 혼합물로부터 AMPure XP Beads (Beckman Coluter 사)와 같은 Magnetic beads를 분리하기 위한 자성스탠드이다. 본 스탠드는 24개의 0.2ml PCR Tube를 이용할 수 있으며, 10~20분 이내에 magnetic beads를 분리할 수 있다. 특히 본 제품은 Clontech의 SMARTer Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) 프로토콜 중의 Magnetic bead-based DNA purification, size selection에 최적이다.
