Human T cell 확대 배양 및 Lenti/Retrovirus를 이용한 transduction에도 최적 (IL-2 비포함)
Human serum albumin (pharmaceutical grade; 의약품 등급) 및 재조합 human insulin 이외의 단백질은 첨가되어 있지 않음

그림 1. T cell 확대배양의 예. Human PMBC (Peripheral blood mononuclear cell)를 Anti-CD3 mAb의 자극하에서 4일간 배양 후, 각 배지에 적절히 희석하여 10일간 추가 배양하였다. GT-T551 culture medium은 Human AB serum이 포함되지 않아도 안정적인 T cell의 확대배양이 가능하였다.
