MSCs were cultured in Cellartis MSC Xeno-Free Culture Medium, followed by EV production with Cellartis MSC EV Wonder for five days. A ninefold increase in particle concentration was observed with MSC EV Wonder as compared to DMEM.

EVs produced using Cellartis MSC EV Wonder show a significantly higher signal for CD63, a key exosomal marker associated with vesicle identity and functional potential. MSC EV Wonder demonstrated increased CD63 expression (as measured by ELISA) compared to a leading commercial medium, confirming superior exosome quality and marker abundance.
