제품설명
PicoPLEX Single Cell WGA Kit v3는 single-tube protocol를 이용하여, 1-10개의 세포 혹은 동등한 pg 수준의 gDNA로부터 재현성 있는 증폭이 가능하다. Cell lysis, whole genome preamplification, 증폭 과정이 2.5시간 내에 진행되며, 최소화된 에러발생률로 샘플을 2 μg 수준으로 증폭한다. 또한 High-fidelity 효소를 도입함으로써, 기존 제품에서 가능한 CNV 뿐 아니라, SNV 검출에도 활용될 수 있다.

- Bacterial cells (1,000-10,000 cells)
- Isolated DNA (15-60 pg of human DNA)
- Sorted chromosomes
- Intact or fragmented, single- or double-stranded DNA

- Copy number variation (CNV) analysis using NGS, oligonucleotide aCGH, BAC aCGH, and qPCR
- Target enrichment or amplicon enrichment for mutation detection
