제품설명
Preadipocytes의 differentiation에 대한 화합물의 영향을 평가하기 위한 제품이다. Lipophilic AdipoRed Assay Reagent는 adipocytes의 fat droplet과 572 nm에서 fluoresces으로 구분한다. Homogeneous fluorescence-based assay는 intracellular triglycerides 축적의 정량을 high-throughput으로 진행할 수 있으며 obesity(비만)와 diabetes(당뇨병) 관련 분야에 대한 신약 발견 등에 사용 할 수 있는 매우 뛰어난 실험 방법이다. 이 kit은 Oil Red O assay와 같은 다른 방법들 보다 민감하고 Northern blot이나 Western blot 보다 더 빠르고 더 간편하게 실험
