Preamplification 실험데이터

PrimerArray Cell Cycle (Human) panel에 포함된 96개의 타겟 유전자에 대해 Takara PreAmp Master Mix로 preamplification한 결과를 나타내었다. 특정 유전자에 대해서만 x축에 명명하였으며, 전체 타겟 유전자 리스트는 여기에서 확인 가능하다. Ct값이 32를 초과하는 nompreamplified gene에 대해서는 표기되지 않았다 (그림 1 - 그림 6).

FFPE 샘플로부터 162개의 유방암 유전자에 대해 Prelude™ PreAmp Master Mix와 TaqMan™ PreAmp Master Mix로 preamplification 후 분석한 결과, Prelude™ PreAmp Master Mix가 보다 편향성이 적은 분석 결과를 보였다 (그림 7).
