제품설명

TaKaRa DNA Ligation Kit LONG은 긴 단편의 insert DNA를 높은 효율로 ligation 하기 위해 개발된 제품으로,
DNA ligase 및 반응 buffer가 긴 단편의 DNA ligation에 최적화 되어 있다.
특히 10 kb 이상의 insert DNA를 이용한 ligation에 유용하며, BAC library 등 긴 단편을 포함하는 DNA library 제작에 사용할 수 있다.
크기가 큰 plasmid DNA의 형질전환에 최적인 E. coli HST08 Premium Competent Cells (Code 9128) 또는E. coli HST08 Premium Electro-Cells (Code 9028)과 조합해서 사용함으로써
10 kb이상의 길이가 긴 DNA단편의 복제나 library 제작도 쉽게 할 수 있다.
