제품설명
pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1 Vector와 pLVX-EF1a-IRES-ZsGreen1 Vector는 목적 유전자와 ZsGreen1 형광단백질을 하나의 mRNA transcript로부터 함께 발현할 수 있는 bicistronic lentiviral expression vector이다. IRES 서열을 통해 목적 유전자와 ZsGreen1이 각각 분리되어 발현되므로, ZsGreen1 형광을 이용하여 목적 유전자의 발현 여부 또는 lentiviral transduction/transfection 효율을 간편하게 확인할 수 있다.

pLVX-IRES-ZsGreen1 Vector는 일반적인 lentiviral expression vector로 다양한 세포에서 목적 유전자와 ZsGreen1의 동시 발현에 사용할 수 있다. pLVX-EF1a-IRES-ZsGreen1 Vector는 EF1α promoter를 포함하고 있어, CMV promoter가 silencing되기 쉬운 조혈세포, 줄기세포 등에서도 목적 유전자의 안정적이고 지속적인 발현을 기대할 수 있다.
