제품 설명

Lenti-X™ Packaging Single Shots (Ecotropic)는 ecotropic envelope을 가진 lentivirus를 간편하게 제작할 수 있는 4세대 lentivirus packaging system이다. 본 제품은 lentiviral packaging vector와 Xfect™ Transfection Reagent가 최적의 비율로 premix되어 single tube 내에 동결건조된 형태로 제공된다.
Lentiviral vector DNA를 본 제품에 첨가하여 재용해한 후 packaging cell에 처리하면, 별도의 transfection 시약 준비나 조건 최적화 과정 없이 lentivirus packaging을 수행할 수 있다.
Ecotropic lentivirus는 mouse 및 rat 유래 세포에 선택적으로 감염 가능한 tropism을 가지므로, 설치류 세포를 대상으로 한 유전자 도입 실험에 적합하다. 보다 고역가의 lentivirus 생산을 위해 Lenti-X™ 293T Cell Line (Code 632180)과 함께 사용하는 것을 권장한다.
