Glycoprotein Enrichment Resin은 간단한 gravity flow column이나 medium pressure 방법을 사용하여 human serum과 같은 복잡한 시료로부터 glycoprotein을 빠르고 효율적이며 특이적으로 농축할 수 있는 boronic acid 기반의 resin이다.
경쟁사보다 더 특이적이다.
본 resin을 경쟁사의 resin과 비교하였을 때, serum glycoprotein의 특이적 결합은 증가하고 nonglycosylated serum proteins의 비특이적 결합은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다 (Figure 1).

Glycoprotein Enrichment Resin provides decreased leakage of glycosylated proteins (IgG) in the flowthrough fraction (Lanes 2 & 5),and increased binding of glycosylated proteins (IgG) to the column (Lanes 3 & 6) compared to Competitor S’s resin, as demonstrated by Western blotting with an antibody to human IgG.
